1. Safeguard Account Credentials Customers must protect their Customer ID, passwords, PINs, OTPs, debit card details, and all other authentication information.
2. Do Not Share Confidential Information Login credentials, OTPs, card details, and other confidential information must not be shared with any third party, including Bank staff.
3. Use Only Authorized Bank Channels Customers should use only official Bank channels such as the Bank’s website, mobile application, and branch counters for transactions and service requests.
4. Immediate Reporting of Suspicious Activities Customers must immediately report the following to the Bank through designated customer support channels:
Any suspicious or unauthorized transactions
Phishing calls, emails, SMS, or fraudulent websites
Loss or compromise of debit cards, credentials, or mobile devices
5. Maintain Updated Contact Details Customers should ensure that their registered mobile number and email ID are updated with the Bank to receive transaction alerts and security notifications.
6. Follow Cyber Safety Advisories Customers are advised to follow cyber safety guidelines, alerts, and awareness communications issued by the Bank from time to time.
7. Cooperate During Investigations Customers are expected to cooperate with the Bank during investigations of suspected fraud or cyber incidents, including providing necessary information or confirmations, as required.
