Kindly follow the mentioned steps :-

Step 1  - Give Missed call on number  +91-9212130303

Step 2 - After giving miss call customer receives a confirmation message as shown: “Dear  Customer, Your card XXXX XXXX XXXX 1234 has been deactivated.”

Step 3 - To reactivate your card, the customer has to send a request letter to reactivate the locked debit card duly singed by the account-holder to the branch.
