We have started Longcode Service for our customers, so that the customer can request to Freeze/block their account by sending a SMS to the number 9093151515
Kindly follow the following steps
Step 1
SMS ACCFREEZ Last 5 digit of account number
&
send to 9093151515 from registered mobile number
Step 2
After sending SMS, customer receives a confirmation message as shown: “As per your request through Long Code, DEBIT TRANSACTIONS in your A/c has been BLOCKED. -VVSB Bank”
Step 3
To unfreeze your account, the customer has to fill-up the LONGCODE UNFREEZE form and submit the same to their Home Branch
